The electricity used in the Resort is produced in Italy and is largely green (i.e. solar energy and other sources of renewable energy). The Resort produces clean energy on-site, from a 100Kwh Photovoltaic system.

The domestic hot water is self-produced using clean energy, by means of a solar thermal system and a thermodynamic system, meeting the basic requirements of residences and restaurants. The system is the fruit of technology patented by a young Sardinian.

Electricity consumption is also kept low by using energy-saving lamps. Most of the lamps installed in the resort have class A and A+ energy efficiency.

In areas that require constant lighting, photoelectric receptors have been installed to control lighting with presence sensors and twilight detectors in order to save energy.

Linens and towels are changed only at the guests’ request, allowing us to save vast amounts of energy and water and reducing the use of detergents, as well as greenhouse gas emissions.
